You don’t have to score tickets to the Masters to enjoy this Southern classic! This is my spicy, flavor-packed twist on the famous Pimento Cheese Dip served at the tournament. It’s creamy, cheesy, spicy and totally addictive. Grab some crackers, veggies, crust less bread (or a spoon—no judgment) and dig in!

Pimento Cheese Dip/Sandwich Spread
Ingredients:
3 cups of (hand) grated sharp Tillamook Cheese
¾ cup Light Best Foods mayonnaise (add more if needed, but do it after you add the jar of pimentos, as it also has liquid!)
3 T cream cheese or mascarpone cheese
Mush together with a fork until desired consistency, can use beaters too… then add the remaining following ingredients***
Remaining Ingredients:
4 oz. jar Dromedary chopped pimentos + the juice
½ - ¾ cup finely chopped white or yellow onion
½ - ¾ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
Tapatio to taste (I use about ¾ cup because I like it spicy!)
Cayenne Pepper to taste (I use quite a few dashes {again}, because I like it spicy!)
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
salt to taste
optional: add some finely diced jalapeños if you are feeling extra spicy!
Chill well and...
Spread on White or Wheat Bread (remove crusts) for a traditional Augusta, Georgia Master’s Golf Tournament Sandwich OR serve with celery, carrots, other veggies, toast points, Fritos, tortilla chips, or a bland type of cracker, so as not to overwhelm the flavor of the dip! Enjoy!
