Langostino Lobster Salad
If you’re craving something luxurious yet incredibly easy, this Langostino Lobster Salad is about to become your new obsession. Tender, sweet langostino is folded into a creamy, bright dressing that tastes like summer in every bite. Whether you pile it into a toasted buttery roll or enjoy it by the spoonful straight from the bowl, this dish delivers pure coastal comfort with zero fuss.
Ingredients:
For the Salad:
1-pound langostino, CLEANED and chopped (fine for use with crackers, larger if making a lobster-type roll)
2-3 stalks celery, finely chopped
For the Dressing:
½ cup mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice (I prefer more lemon for a zestier flavor)
1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or more to taste
1 teaspoon sweet (not smokey) paprika (plus a little more to top with before serving)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic, parsley, and paprika.
Combine: After you thoroughly clean and devein the langostinos, add the langostino and chopped celery to the dressing. Gently fold until evenly coated.
Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve: Enjoy as a salad for crackers, or spoon into warm, toasted rolls for a lobster-style sandwich.
