Green Goddess Dressing/Dip

This Green Goddess dressing is fresh, creamy, and bursting with flavor from fresh herbs. It works great as a dip, salad dressing, or drizzle for your favorite dishes. Quick to make—and hard to resist!

Green Goddess Dressing/Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk or lowfat Greek Yogurt
1 ½ tablespoons light mayonnaise
optional 2 tablespoons of water to loosen the dip a bit
¾ cup fresh parsley
¾ cup mixed leafy herbs such as dill, cilantro, mint, and tarragon (a must)
2 tablespoons chopped chives
2-3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon kosher sea salt
Directions:
· In a food processor or blender, combine the yogurt, parsley, mixed herbs, chives, lemon juice, zest, olive oil, capers, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined. Season to taste.
· Serve as a dip with an assorted crudité or toss it with your favorite salad greens.
· Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
