🍊✨ The Triple-Citrus “Slick” Lemon Drop is a bright twist on the classic—clean, citrusy, and lightly unexpected. Lemon, tangerine, and lime shake into a chilled, sunlit pour, finished with a float of olive oil that adds a silky, golden sheen.
Crisp, smooth, and surprisingly elevated!

Ingredients:
2.0 oz Vodka or a clean, citrus-forward Gin
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Fresh Tangerine Juice (mandarin orange works perfectly too)
0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
1 teaspoon High-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil (to float)
Optional:Â Sugar for the rim
Directions:
1. Prep the Glass (Optional)
If you want that classic Lemon Drop look, run a piece of cut citrus around the rim of a coupe or martini glass and dip it in granulated sugar. Put the glass in the freezer to chill.
2. Mix and Shake
In a cocktail shaker, combine your vodka or gin, lemon juice, tangerine juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Fill the shaker to the top with ice.
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is completely frosted over.
3. Strain
Strain the cocktail into your chilled glass. Because there's no shaken oil this time, a standard strainer works perfectly, leaving you with a bright, beautiful, sunny-colored liquid.
4. The Olive Oil Float
Take your teaspoon of high-quality olive oil and gently drizzle it over the surface. It will break into stunning, golden, shimmering beads that float on top of the citrus.
