Dean & Deluca Style Pork Rub

Ingredients:
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon granulated onion powder
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon Trader Joes Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 ½ teaspoons Saigon cinnamon
1 ½ teaspoons honey Aleppo pepper flakes (or other good chile powder)
5 teaspoons honey granules (or sugar, in a pinch!)
Directions:
1) Using a mortar & pestle, grind all of the above spices together. Store in a dry container for up to a year.
2) When using, dry your pork, rub all over with a good quality avocado or olive oil, and then apply the pork rub all over the meat. Set aside for up to 24 hours prior to barbecuing or cooking to your liking.
3) Tip: if you like your rub a little sweeter, you can add a tablespoon of brown sugar to your rub right before applying.
